Arc Cooler Wafer
These arch-type coolers are synchronized with the wafer baking machine. The wafer
sheets are cooled to room temperature as they line in wire compartments. The stress
free cooled wafer sheet are then fed to an automatic cream spreader. The frame of
the arch type cooler is made of stainless steel. The special design gives operating
personnel away to walk through a wafer production line which is usually very long.

Contact Spreading Machine
Our wafer spreading machines apply precisely controlled quantities of fat cream to wafer sheets and then automatically create wafer books consisting of the required number of coated sheets and uncoated sheets JMS 325 spreading machines have a contact spreading head the thickness of each layer of cream is controlled by adjusting these speeds and the gab between the rollers. The spreading table is lowered pneumatically to prevent covering sheets which are not to be coated from touching the spreading rollers the pass through the machine. The number of layer of cream is selected by operation a switch which is linked to a photo electric sensor.

Wafer Book Cooling Press
Requiring a minimum of space. The automatic cooling presses lower the temperature of the cream filled wafer books coming from the spreading machine and subsequently transfer the cooled books to cutting machine. Controlled by a photo sensor. The open cooling tongs or cooling compartments which are mounted on an endless chain, cyclically pass the entrance of the cooling press and take up wafer books. The spring loaded cold metal plates of the cooling tongs press the book level the directly contact between plates and books causing the books to cool down quickly. While returning to machine entrance. The empty cooling tongs are cooled to 4 - 8 °C before they again pick up wafer books the standard version of the cooling unit is our cooled and consists of a compressor uninstalled outside of cooling press. A condenser and a liquid collector. Fans blow the cooling air directly towards the cooling tongs and wafer books. A thermostat controls the temperature inside the cooling press. The air warmed by the wafer books is returned to evaporators which are mounted inside the press and again cooled down.

Blade-Type Cutting Machine
The Cooled wafer books are transported on conveyor belt fully automatically to be cutting machine. This electronically controlled machine stack wafer book is programmable after the required stacking books is reached in magazine is filled, ready for the next cycle. The cutting machine can be operatored either fully automatically or semi-automatically when individual operations can be controlled separately by operator. The wafer books are accurately guided through the cutting frames for minimum waste and trouble operation. The cutting frames can be fitted with special steel cutting wire (0.5 mm thick) and are constructed in such way that changs easily be made in order to obtain different cuts. The output of cutting machine is 10 - 12 cuts per minute.
